We are inviting anyone who can spare, even a small amount of time to join our lovely group. What do we do?
- We are on a roster to take Holy Communion and companionship to people confined to their home or are in Nursing homes. People who themselves once were active in their families and in their homes and communities.
- There is also the need to be aware of other concerns and need the person may need.
- Providing a plate of food for any catering needs in the parish e.g. Funerals, Seniors Morning teas etc.
- Join our Seniors Group. This group is for parishioners over the age of 60. We hold a monthly Mass & anointing of the sick. All are welcome and stay for a cuppa and chat afterwards. This group also enjoy a senior’s luncheon once a month at various venues. There will be the introduction of more activities in 2024. So watch out for these announcements.
